MEZEH FUNDRAISING

your guideline to hosting a successful fundraiser with mezeh!

*available for in-store and online orders*

organization MUST be mentioned at the register, if you’re making an online order, the special code must be entered.

what we need from you:

1. w-9 form.
mezeh only does fundraising for non-profits. schools, clubs, sports teams, etc

2. organization’s logo.
mezeh will build a digital promotional flyer for your group.

3. pick a date.
provide two fundraising dates (monday-thursday only.)

what you get from mezeh:

1. an invitation.
a personalized digital flyer to help promote your event. 

2. a venue.
a clean and fully stocked mezeh restaurant ready to welcome you and your guests!

3. a promise.
a dedicated representative to see through from booking to payout. 

how it works:

3-4 weeks out  

fill out fundraiser request form on mezeh.com (w-9 and logo required.) 

a personalized digital flyer with your approved fundraising date will be provided to you. 

note: fundraisers are held from 5PM-10PM mondays through thursdays. 

you promote your event via email, social media, or however you see fit.


Note: we do not allow promotion at the door or solicitation of regular mezeh guests to participate in your fundraiser the day of. 

day of fundraiser

we encourage the organizer of the fundraiser to attend the event. 

note: organizations are allowed to setup an informational table if desired.

the employee at the register will collect all the receipts from the fundraiser attendees and the total will be calculated the next day at the corporate office.

note: please make sure it is clear to your group that they need to tell the cashier that they are participating in the fundraiser. 


note: online orders are allowed for fundraisers. A promo code will be provided. 

CHA CHING! You will receive an email the next day letting you know how much you earned and you should receive the check in the mail within 5-7 business days!

Note: 25% of the proceeds from the subtotal amount that fundraiser attendees contributed will be donated to your organization.

Fundraiser Details

* Priority will be given to dates that fall on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Fundraisers run from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

* We would encourage to schedule fundraising 4 weeks in advance.
