Although several countries may claim it as their own, falafel’s definitive birthplace remains unknown. a great gluten free and vegan option, our falafel recipe is packed with flavor. we soak chickpeas overnight and grind them (twice!) with hand cut onions, scallions, parsley, cilantro, green peppers, garlic and kosher salt. they are quickly fried in our soy oil blend to keep the falafel balls crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
